We provide multilayer polyethylene and butyl rubber coating system designed to protect the external surfaces of pipelines for oil, gas, petrochemical, wastewater, underground, and overhead pipelines. Once installed, this coating system provides exceptional adhesion and elasticity, adapting effectively to forces from temperature fluctuations and soil stresses. Additionally, it is resistant to UV and fungus, ensuring long-term durability.

This technology offers a range of coating systems suitable for both new construction and reconditioning of existing pipelines. It can also be applied over existing coatings when reconditioning is required, providing modern solutions that simplify application, reduce labor, and are cost-effective. Our Wrapping Technology meets or exceeds the standards of DVGW, AWWA C209 & C214, ANSI, ASTM, API, NACE, NAPCA, and other international standards.
